My "Simsars"

The gems who save my American mind repeatedly- Mehdi bathed in Atlantic light, Simo busybusy on the phone, and Najib with his pose-tastic photo faces.

I've known these three since '06 and they have been the most instrumental in settling me back into Morocco. Whether it be never ending apartment hunts or relaxing nights of music and hookah, Najib, Mehdi and Simo have put in the time and energy to keep me happy and fearless in my new home, al maghreb.
